Perfectly Located Bright Water Street Condo

We had the most amazing stay at this Saugatuck gem! The location is absolutely perfect—right by the water and just a short walk to everything the town has to offer. The home was spotless, super comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Communication with the host was excellent—friendly, fast, and helpful throughout our stay. You can tell they really care about their guests. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Saugatuck!

This condo suited the needs of an overnight stay for two people perfectly. It was very clean and accessible. The area surrounding was walkable to many shops and restaurants.

Great location to walk to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. Parking is tight so I recommend taking a smaller vehicle. But major plus to have parking spot assigned as parking on public streets and public lots is tough to find open spots. I’d rather have assigned parking than just street parking in Saugatuck any day!

Loved our stay here, very clean and nice Our only problem was it was a very difficult parking space and was hard parking our sedan Plus the air conditioner was very noisy which was located in a the bedroom. We would suggest it moved to the living room. But, we really like ked it and will likely return

Our stay at the apartment worked out perfect for us for an out of town wedding. Great location, we will have to come back in nicer weather to enjoy the area, since everything is so walkable from there. Great communication from the host!Thank you for a nice stay

It was very comfortable and close to things. I really enjoyed my walks around the neighborhood and the holiday lights were lovely!

This place was nice for an overnight stay in Saugatuck for a Friday September wedding for my husband & I. PLEASE NOTE: the location it shows on the listing map is incorrect. We chose it specifically for the map’s location, because it was next to the wedding venue, but instead ended up being a 8 minute walk. Luckily, the weather was nice!

My daughter and I was in town for just one evening to attend a wedding celebration. The hostess, Katherine, was super responsive and accommodating to the later check in and check out. We really enjoyed the convenience of the condo located within walking distance to downtown eatery, shopping and pier. The condo was very comfortable, clean, and roomy. We will definitely consider staying here again on our next visit. Thank you for a lovely stay! For those who loves to eat, we highly recommend the broasted chicken from Phil’s Tavern in downtown and the delicious Lemon Lake waffles from Basecamp: Coffee & Waffles around the corner.

We loved staying at you place! We had a couple of challenges — First, the bed was so high I couldn’t get onto it!!! Though funny, I wish it had a one or two step up nearby. Second, a larger bed would be appreciated… but it was okay … just too high. Last, we didn’t know the condo was on the second floor. It was challenging for us to walk up and down the steps multiple times daily AND with luggage at load in and out. None of our challenges are a reflection on the property itself but I wish we knew about these aspects of the place ahead of time so we could’ve figured out how to navigate the above more gracefully. Everything g else was terrific! Thank you very much!!!

The unit was very comfortable and accommodating. It was clean and well maintained. The location was perfect; very close to shops, restaurants/bars and the water. Steps away from Basecamp coffee! We loved it!

I cannot recommend Kathleen’s beautiful Water Street condo any more highly! My now-wife and I planned our August 2025 wedding at the Saugatuck Center for the Arts and we were looking for a place for me (and my groomsmen) to get ready the day of, and for my wife and I to stay for our first night as a married couple! This place was perfectly located for an unforgettable moonlit walk through downtown Saugatuck after our exit from the Art Center. It was PERFECT! The condo was very clean, bright, and nicely decorated to reflect the ideal beach town. Kathleen was very kind, accommodating, and responsive. Thank you for the perfect stay!

The apartment is perfect for a couple! It is in one of the best locations in Saugatuck. Across from the river and in walking distance of everything in town. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean, cute and super friendly and responsive host. The mapping of the address showed the wrong side of town (which is small), but it was why we chose the property. Owner was immediately accessible and kind in getting us there when we called for help.

The unit is nicely appointed. The stairs were a bit of an issue when we arrived and had to haul everything up. Perfect location at one end of town. Nice and quiet. Opened the windows one night and had wonderful cross ventilation.

Small but perfect for 2. Kitchen has no oven or dishwasher, so best to plan simple meals or eat out at any one of a number of great eateries in the area.

It was easy to walk to restaurants and the shops. The bed was and amount of space was comfortable. Great that there was parking included. The owner was easy to communicate with and very responsive. Price was high for the amenities.

We enjoyed this condo. Excellent location, clean, comfy bed, great lounging space, functional kitchen. The balcony was a nice space for two, with table and chairs and beautiful flowers. There is ample yard space for taking out a dog, and there’s a park almost directly across the street. I would definitely stay here next time we visit Saugatuck!

Two friends and I did a girls' night here in March and had a great time. The condo is in a great location for walking around downtown. We initially had booked it for Feb but one of my friends got sick and the host was gracious enough to let us bump the stay to March. Really appreciated it!

Much enjoyed our stay. Condo is clean and compact. Location is perfect; on the marina. Open field and benches along the marina to sit and relax and enjoy the view. Restaurants and shops all close by. Host communicated with us and made us comfortable knowing we could contact her with questions. We hope to visit again.

Everything was nice except I should have chose the first floor because you did not see the water or anything at all on the second floor because of the huge trees which scared me because we had a bad storm our first morning there. Otherwise it would have been okay

Cute place with all the amenities. Comfortable bed, great linens. Keurig coffee maker. Full size fridge. Easy walk to coffee and drinks. Cute outdoor space. We’ll be back!
