Very easy contactless check in, spotlessly clean, beautiful, lake-view cottage for a long weekend in Saugatuck. We walked everywhere and had a great time

We had a great time! Perfect amount of space for what we needed. Walking to downtown took us about 7 minutes. Also could walk to downtown Douglas which was fun. The only thing downfall for us was we are a very tall family so ceiling heights and showering was a little tight but we made it work and would totally stay there again!

This condo was perfect for our weekend! We were in town for a wedding and everything and everyone was within walking distance of our place. Loved it!

Excellent location. Owners very easy to work with. Menus on had of local restaurants.

Had a great time in Saugatuck! The condo is clean and well equipped. It is conveniently located and is just a 10 minute walk to the shops and restaurants. We will definitely stay again if we are in the area!

This condo was so comfortable, especially with the many windows and ceiling fans. It is attractively furnished. The 2 parking spaces are a bonus in a busy place like Saugatuck!

I was disappointed that there were not many extra like coffee, Kleenex and tea. Very clean and lovely decorations. We sat outside both days and could see water and people walking by.

We had a great time at the condo! It was very clean and welcoming. Just a small suggestion-we went to run the dishwasher the night before we left and couldn’t find any detergent. We ended up just doing our dishes by hand, which wasn’t a big deal. We weren’t at the condo that much. It was hot when we were in Saugatuck, but the living room AC unit works well. By the evening, we were fine with the windows open in the bedrooms. Thank you!

Very nice property, would recommend. Clean and comfortable and well supplied. Very nice location, easy walk to downtown. Close to wedding venue we attended at Ivy House.

We loved staying at the Arrowhead resort! Place was clean, easy to walk to downtown and quiet enough to feel like your miles away from the hustle of downtown. We highly recommend staying here!

This condo is adorable. The beds and couch are super comfortable. We were there during an intense heatwave but the A/C and fans kept us comfortable. Parking is easy and it’s right between Saugatuck and Douglas which is perfect.The kitchen is small but has everything you need. I wish there had been a kettle.The bathroom is great. The shower head was good for my 5’4” frame but it could be too low for someone taller.The only thing that bothered me was that the whole place reeked of air freshener. We unplugged two that we saw but the smell was intense. Yuck

So peaceful. Close to everything. Within minutes to downtown Saugatuck, Douglas, Oval beach. Short drive to Holland. Condo is beautiful. Always stay here for our girls weekend.

My adult daughter and I enjoyed our stay at this property. This unit is the end unit of a row of one story connected apartments. It sits across the street from Kalamazoo lake so there is a bit of a lake view. Being an end unit there were lovely windows in the living room. Furniture is comfortable and very nice TV with ample options for viewing. Kitchen is well stocked. Beds were comfortable though pillows were pretty dense. Bathroom was also nice and towels great. The walk to town is about .5 miles. The location and surrounding neighborhood is very pleasant and quiet. It was chilly so we had to use the baseboard heating.

Beautiful property, very clean, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, close to everything in Saugatuck and Douglas. Used key box and had no need to contact property manager. Will definitely be back!

Great location and super nice place. Clean, quiet, spacious, and well-appointed condo. Terry was fast to respond to an issue of another renter parked in our #12 spot which she quickly got resolved. This place is a winner.
