This charming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation home is ideally located across the street from Charlie’s Marina, putting you just steps from the water and within easy walking distance of downtown Pentwater’s local restaurants, shops, and art galleries. It’s also a 15-minute walk and 5-minute bike ride to Mears State Park with a public beach on Lake Michigan.

Whether you’re planning a family beach vacation, a boating getaway, or a relaxing weekend in one of West Michigan’s most charming lakeside towns, this home, known to many as Uncle Dave’s place, offers the location and comforts you need to enjoy it all.

THE SPACE

This spacious cottage sleeps up to 10 guests and features a bright, open layout with comfortable living spaces and a well-equipped kitchen for cooking together.

The sleeping arrangements make this home especially convenient for families and groups:

Main floor bedroom: Queen-size bed

Upstairs master bedroom: King-size bed

Upstairs bedroom with a bonus loft: Queen-size bed; and two twin trundle beds in the loft above the bedroom — a fun space for kids or additional guests

Two full bathrooms, with one conveniently located on each level.

After a day at the beach or on the water, come home to central air conditioning, high-speed WiFi, streaming TVs, and a full laundry room.

OUTDOOR LIVING

Make the most of Michigan summer evenings on the patio with an outdoor dining area, propane BBQ grill, and fire pit. Grill dinner, gather around the fire, and enjoy a relaxing evening after exploring Pentwater.

Charlie’s Marina is directly across the street, making it incredibly convenient if you’re bringing a boat or want to enjoy time on the water. The marina offers boat docking and boat rentals, giving you easy access to Pentwater Lake and the surrounding waterways.

You can also leave the car behind and walk or bike to many of Pentwater’s favorite destinations. We have four bikes available for your use.
