Charming Bungalow centrally located, updated, close to all the downtowns (Royal Oak, Ferndale, Birmingham and Detroit). 2 Bedrooms in the first floor and 3rd bedroom on the master on the second floor, great internet, amazing shower! washer and dryer!brbrLocation wise doesn't get any better than this location, very quick to get on the highway and anywhere in southeast Michigan. And to top it all off, relax or entertain in our expansive fully-fenced back yard where we have a propane grill, a ~300 SF deck, string lights, a fire pit, and plenty of seating! Finally, we are a quick 10-minute drive to the Ferndale/Royal Oak areas and 15 - 20 mins from Birmingham (in one direction) and downtown Detroit and all of its amenities in the other!
