The owner was very responsive. Answered all of our questions very quickly and dropped off supplies that were missing.

Great location. Easy to get on highway or just head over to trendy Royal Oak and Ferndale. House is very spacious. Beds are comfortable. Roy made sure our stay was enjoyable.

In the heart of everything, a traditional 2 up 2 down, extremely clean Detroit bungalow with plenty of room for the 6 Adults and 2 kids during our stay. Neighborhood very quiet and no concerns for safety at any time. Loved the beds that are so very comfy and upgraded linens. I will rent from Roy again, anytime we are in the Detroit metro area. We rented this house for a youth bowling event. This house was centrally located to all major highways, allowing us to be close to all bowling alleys. The house was very clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. The neighborhood was safe, and very quiet. Although we never met Roy, he reached out a few times to check in to see how things were going. Thanks for everything Roy. We'll be sure to keep you in mind if we have need to return to the Detroit area.

Very comfortable home in a lovely neighborhood with lots of amenities and plenty of space for storage and lounging around. Close to the highway and convenient to downtown attractions. Beautiful and well functioning kitchen but a tad light on cooking supplies, so be sure to inventory what’s there when you arrive so you can buy whatever you may need. Our group was there for the marathon and it was an excellent home base. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Very nice close to all of the venues we went to. Neighborhood is very nice and quiet except for a barking dog, which was taken care of by Roy very quickly once we notified him of the problem.

The house was spotless and well furnished. The charm of this house and the quiet and beautiful neighborhood fit our needs perfectly! Just minutes away from the hustle & bustle of downtown, yet a few blocks from everything you’d need. Roy is a remarkable host and treats his guests like family. Loved sitting in the backyard and cooking our meals on the provided bbq grill. I will most certainly stay here again on future trips to the Detroit area.
