A full size washer and dryer, plenty of parking for dune buggies and trailers. brThe location is great. Secluded enough to relax, but close enough to all the action if you are up for it. Downtown Silver Lake is approximately 2 miles away where you can rent Jeeps, dune buggies, jet skis, boats etc. If you have any questions about the house just ask!brbrQuiet Hours: As neighbors are close and families have young children we will ask that all guests respect quiet hours. The living areas all radiate from the central hub of the fireplace, so you’re always in “Circulation” with an open floor plan plus one of the bathroom/showers.brbr Down a short hall, in the adjoining unit, Bedroom # 1 has two queen beds, one of which has a full size loft bed overhead. The second bedroom, is through the second bathroom,, at the end of the hall with one queen bed.brbr For the more adventurous, the third bedroom with queen size bed, is up the spiral staircase where the view of Silver Lake dunes is over the Tree Tops! brbrWhether you're looking to relax on the decks, one faces the main road where you can watch the dune buggies go by. We fell in love with this lovely Pure Michigan property with separate private access to Silver Lakes. It is our happy place. This summer home gives out a vibe of a chill and homey Michigan cottage. The house boasts of a large 1700 sq ft of living space and only 2 houses away from the lakefront. There is a large deck that we enjoy our meals al fresca. There are string lights and candles that makes dinner and wine just so perfect. There is a front yard sitting area, as well as (2) separate fire pit for a large group to enjoy. One in the backyard and one by the lakefront to enjoy the sunset. There is no rental in the area that can offer the best of both world to have private access to Silver Lakes and for a group to enjoy a huge northern woods backyard. In the backyard, there is enough room to set-up nets for Volleyball, badminton, and pickleball. There is a living room and a family room if you need to have a separate play area for the kids. The dining table can accommodate 8. One of my other favorite feature of the house is the outdoor shower with hot water. Nothing like watching the dense stars above when you are showering. Our property includes a separate lakefront that has a large gazebo, fire pit, seating area and dock where you can swim in Silver Lake, launch kayak , paddleboard or other water equipment. This is a short 2 minute walk and is only for your private use. The Silver Lake State Park is a short 10 minute walk. This is an option for a beach and playground. The Little Sable Point Lighthouse is a short drive for a tour of the lighthouse or a day at the Lake Michigan beach. We have four (4) Bedrooms with queen bed per bedroom. It is advertised as sleeps 10 using a queen air mattress in the family room. Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. brWe also provide toiletries and towels and quality beddings.
