Dune Haven 1 is a quality built 5 bedroom, 3 bath home. It is perfect for large groups as it it spacious inside and out. There is a large picnic table and firepit. There is plenty of parking and located only 1 mile from the dunes. The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Don't be surprised if you see deer, turkeys, rabbits and other wildlife in the backyard. Garage is not accessible.

Stayed Jul 3, 2025This is a newer built home. Very nice home. Fire pit outside was great. Spent most evenings there. Location was great and close to dune entrance and close to town. Driveway had ample parking for 3 trucks and trailers. Smoke alarms were very sensitive and went off while cooking a few times. Also, with a large group, the hot water was hard to keep up with showering. Owner was very responsive to communication, if we needed anything. Definitely would stay at this home again.

Stayed Jan 3, 2025Place fit our family well. Used in Winter which most people won't but definitely fit our needs and family. Surprised to find Kleenex plentiful and enough paper towels and toilet paper for the weekend. We were able to use new sledding tubes for our grandchildren on the small hill in backyard.

Stayed Jul 27, 2023We had a great weekend using this house! Everything was new & clean. The location was perfect for going to the dunes all weekend. Brian was a wonderful host. We will definitely book this house again!
