Down a separate hallway there are 5 bedrooms that can be made into either 2 twin beds each or one king bed in each. An additional bedroom has a daybed with a twin trundle bed beneath it. The remaining two bathrooms are located towards the end of the hall. Brown cottage has a beautiful view of the fountain and the lake beyond from its screened-in front porch. Sleeps 13 people, and has its own picnic table, gas grill, and chaise lounges outside.
