Fans are provided, and the home stays relatively cool with good airflow from easily opened windows.brbrbrHere are step-by-step instructions on how to turn it on the gas fireplace: brbr•Safety First: Before attempting to light the fireplace, make sure the area around the fireplace is clear of any flammable materials, and ensure there is proper ventilation in the room.br•Locate the Gas Valve: Find the gas valve for the fireplace. This is typically located either inside the fireplace itself or in close proximity. The gas valve is a knob that you'll need to turn to allow gas flow to the fireplace.br•Turn the Gas Valve to On: Rotate the gas valve knob to the On position. This will allow gas to flow to the fireplace, but the flame is not ignited yet.br•Access the Ignition System: You mentioned a red button on the bottom panel, which is likely the ignition button. This button is used to create a spark that will ignite the gas.br•Press the Ignition Button: Press the red ignition button a few times while observing the pilot light area. The pilot light is a small flame that should ignite when you press the button. It may take a few attempts for the pilot light to catch, so be patient.br•Pilot Light Ignition: Once the pilot light ignites, keep holding the ignition button for about 30 seconds.
