Our kids grew up walking to the beach alone and this is a prime opportunity for your family to make similar memories. Note - many consider the 10 minute walk close. You'll have a quiet, grassy yard surrounding the house making it ideal for outdoor sports and activities. There is an outdoor shower as well as a shower and tub inside. brbrOur family of 5 lived here every summer for 20 years. Inside there is a large open living /dining /kitchen area ~12X 20. In this remodeled kitchen you will be able to cook a family meal since the kitchen is fully equipped with pans, cutlery and everyday necessities. This cottage has moderate furnishings that are perfect for a beach vacation. The bathrooms have been renovated. Honestly, the bedrooms are modest in furniture and construction (painted paneling, etc.). All reports, when asked, state mattress are in good shape and have only been used fora few summers. The entire cottage is extremely clean and bright. We are looking for renters who will appreciate the extra effort taken to maintain this standard (and expect it to remain this way). The master bedroom has a half bath as well. The master and 2nd bedroom both have a queen bed with dressers.
