It is part of a small cottage community built around 1900 to accommodate renters during the Victorian era. A famous painting by Edward Hopper features the cottages on the top the Hill, and photos of the cottages are commonly found on postcards and in local art.brbrA private beach is accessed by beach stairs. The two-story cottage has 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and futon trundle bed (converts to two twins), and another with two twin beds. For extra guests, the living room includes a sofa converting to a queen size futon. The full bathroom offers a corner shower. Stay connected with WiFi during your stay. The 3 acre property abuts Truro conservation land allowing for ample walking or biking trail access. The cottage closest to the pond boasts an open family, dining, and kitchen space with split A/C all overlooking the pond. Take advantage of the sliding doors facing the pond and utilize the deck to extend your living space. Down a couple steps find two bedrooms (one water facing) and two bathrooms. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan for airflow and comfort. In the basement find a game room with a bar and a pool table, ideal for occupying your time on those rainy days.
