Adhere to Massachusetts leash laws, leash your dog outdoors, and clean up after them to avoid a $200 fee for front and backyard cleanup. Pet owners are liable for damages caused by their pets.brbrDisclosure of security monitoring devices: The property has the following monitoring devices installed in common outdoor spaces only to ensure guest safety:br• Outdoor security cameras monitor all entrances (front, rear, patio), front yard, backyard and backyard gates. Footage is not monitored actively; only upon an incident that requires further investigation.br• In compliance with laws and regulations, we DO NOT monitor any indoor living space occupied by guests. br• Outdoor noise monitoring device to detect excessive noise especially during local quiet hours.br• Tampering with any of these security devices is strictly prohibited and can result in immediate cancellation of ongoing reservations.
