Luxurious Beach Front townhouse condos with direct access to the beach and 8 parking spots! This listing is for both sides rented as a whole house. There is no passage door between the units. Although they are connected with an exterior dune catwalk. This was built in 2023, with new furniture. Beach side porches with outdoor grilling on each side and awesome sunrises. You will love to be outside looking at the beach while grilling. The porch allows you to enjoy the beach in any weather. The decks on marsh side has beautiful sunsets. Beach is quite and private as there is no public access for 17 houses in each direction. Total size is 4000 square feet of living space. All hardwood floors throughout. Ceiling fans in Family rooms and 6 bedrooms 6 baths total. Central air and heat and 6 zones for perfect comfort. Granite and Quartz counter tops in kitchen and baths. A 56 real gas fireplace in each unit for that perfect feel on cool nights. First floor bedrooms with double beds, have a pocket door to create a suite with double sink bathroom, bath/shower with a view of the marsh. Second floor bedrooms have queen beds and also has marsh view. Master bedrooms have King beds, walk in closet, en suite bathroom with gorgeous shower and double sink. The views of the ocean are fantastic and if you open the windows, you will hear the waves all night long. The lofts are a small rooms meant for children with a day bed with a trundle, which accommodates 2 twins beds. In total sleeps 16. Dining tables can sit 8 each and an additional 4 seats at each of the kitchen bars. These townhouses are mirror images and the same. Perfect for large families or two families that want to travel together but have very private spaces!brIf you want to really be at the beach and not have to walk or cross a street, this is the place! At high tide, it feels like you are on a yacht! There is a cat walk that has you step over the dunes and you are there. This section of Salisbury beach is the best. It is quiet but still only .7 mile walk to the Salisbury center for restaurants/bars arcades and fun. This is a luxurious new construction townhouse that is all new as of November 2023.
