Moving trucks cannot fit our driveway. Street parking is by permit only; cars parked on the street could be fined or towed at the owner's expense by the city.brbrNo parties are allowed. No local gatherings. Quiet hours are from 9 PM-8AM. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. If the cleaners find traces of smoke, there will be an additional $250 added to the cleaning fee.brbrThe check out time is 11AM. We often have to be strict regarding the check-out times so that the cleaning company has enough time to get the house properly cleaned, sanitized, and ready for the next guests. However, whenever possible, we will try our best to accommodate your schedule to allow for earlier arrival or later departure upon advance notice. If you check out between 11AM and 12PM without prior approval, you will be charged $100.00 automatically. If you check out after 12PM without prior approval, you will be charged an additional night at the current rate shown on the calendar. brbrGuests agree to book under the understanding that the hosts are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occur while on the premises, and that the hosts are not responsible for the loss of guests' personal belongings or valuables.
