Our AIR CONDITIONED single story open & airy family beach house features WiFi internet, 40' flat screen LCD TV, exterior composite deck and a carpeted screen porch with patio set. For additional conveniences our beach house offers a NATURAL gas grill, washer/dryer & VINYL hot/cold outside shower. A quiet setting at the end of a 100' stone driveway with parking for 4 vehicles, the yard offers plenty of lawn space for kids to play. A short walk to bayside Mayflower & Bayview Beaches with their child-safe tidal pools at low tide and magnificent sunsets makes these beaches HIDDEN GEMs. Just a 2 minute walk to Chapin's Restaurant around the corner & 3 minutes further to Gina's By The Sea Restaurant where you can enjoy casual family dining or fine dining. There is a left side handicap accessible ramp to slider. NOTE: The main bathroom is NOT handicap accessible.

The house is a great little hide a way that is easily missed. That helps with privacy! The walk to the beach is so easy and so close you can spend the day go home for a shower and be back for the incredible sunset.

Kevin takes pride in his home.Very clean and comfortable.A peaceful week with plenty of sunshine and relaxation.Chapins is a nice place to eat and best of all you can walk there.This was a great find many years ago. We will continue our stay until we get our house on the cape.Thank you for a great time.I would recommend this home to our friends and family.My husband and I walked everyday to the beach it was so enjoyable.See you next year.
