Cozy 2-bedroom cottage, 0.2 mi walk to the beach and other popular attractions!

Was a great visit!

In spite of the rain, we enjoyed ourselves. Whale watch, Whydah pirate museum, dining out and shopping. We weren't able to take advantage of the outdoor seating at the house, but inside was very comfortable, clean, and well stocked.

The cottage is a lovely place to stay––immaculately clean, comfortable beds, functional and well-placed furniture, and convenient and well-stocked kitchen. The owner was gracious and accommodating. Location is a quintessential Cape Cod neighborhood, close to the beach and places of interest.

Everything was as expected and the stay was a breeze! We enjoyed ourselves, clean cozy and inviting space and just a 2 minute walk to the beach and great restaurants!

The cottage was nicely decorated, comfortable, very clean and centrally located.

This was a great location and perfect little size house for our family! We had other family staying nearby so it or walk and grab a bite to eat at wee packet for breakfast or ocean house for dinner outside and letting the kids run around. Hosts

Well-stocked property. We enjoyed our stay, particularly the outdoor area including dining area and outdoor shower.

Excellent rental property. Jonathan & Kate were very easy to deal with, they were both proactive in their communications. Everything we could possible need was available in the property. The pictures represent the property perfectly. The outdoor space was lovely to chill in.

We had a great week at Jonathon’s condo! A rough start when we locked ourselves out on accident, but Jonathon was immediately available, understanding and accommodating. Thank you!!! The condo was perfect for us-clean, perfect location & awesome neighbors..it was close to restaurants, the beach & a great neighborhood to walk after a good meal. Easy for day trips and exploring. We didnt realize we needed to bring linens/towels, but Jonathan directed us to a convenient Marshalls. It hurt to throw them away when we left, but we flew in and did not have space to bring them home. Loved our stay there& hope to be back soon!

Our stay here was pleasant. Very quiet and comfortable accommodations. Well kept and clean. This is coming from 2 50 something adults. This would still be very nice for a family. Wouldnt hesitate to rent again

The cottage was the perfect size for me and my husband. It had everything we needed and we took advantage of outdoor seating area daily. The host was very responsive and helpful when we had a couple of issues. Really appreciated having the beach chairs to use and outdoor shower to clean off after a day at the beach.

My family and I loved this cottage. It was a perfect location and walking distance to a few of our favorites. Everything was exceptionally clean, very cozy and I loved the colors and vibe. Water pressure was great in the shower. I also enjoyed reading in the back oasis on warm mornings! Check in and out was very easy. We will for sure stay again
