House was as advetized, but Patrick, the manager, went above and beyond for us time and again. The pool, the sound system, all of it was perfect!

We have rented many places for our annual reunion for 4 families. This is one of our favorite houses. It was perfect. We loved the layout - people were able to have their own space. Many of us had to do some work and used the long dining table as a work space while others did their own things by the pool, tv rooms - plenty options for 15 people to feel spacious, comfortable, etc. the house is beautiful, everything is new, modern, tastefully done throughout the house + plenty beds to accommodate everyone. Chris and Patrick were super easy to work with and attended to our questions and inquiries right away, making our stay all the more pleasant. You would not regret staying here. We would definitely come back.

A beautiful property in a great location. The house was a perfect size for a big family or multiple, or even if you just want some space from everyone on a long holiday. The house was clean and the property manager was very responsive. The location was a short ten minute walk to the beach. The neighborhood was wonderful for daily walks or runs. The house was stocked with plenty of towels and beach towels. Tv’s were up to date as well as other tech and appliances. The heated pool was definitely a plus! Thanks for a great stay!

The house is as advertised. It’s large and functional with plenty of space for large families or multiple families. The kitchen and indoor and outdoor dining areas make feeding large groups easy. The pool is a nice size and great for relaxing before or after the beach. Large yard is perfect for outdoor games. The area of East Dennis has amazing beaches, good restaurants and easy access to other area of the Cape. Todd was easy to work with and logistics were straightforward. Highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Captain’s House!! Dennis is the perfect spot on the cape to be able to do day trips to Hyannis, Chatham, Provincetown and more. The layout of the house was perfect for our large family of 10 (will easily sleep 20) and every amenity was thought of. Having the pool was a bonus! Great kitchen to cook in and prepare all the fish you catch on a fishing expedition. We will definitely be back!!!
