It is the 3rd house from the beach... just a hundred yards from the sand dunes leading to the spectacular residents only, private beach on the Nantucket Sound. The backyard faces the tidal marsh... so lots of privacy without any neighbors!
The Nantucket Sound water tends to be warmer than other Cape Cod beaches with smaller waves

Stayed Aug 7, 2021Wonderful, clean, updated beach house steps to a private beach. We fell in love fast! The backyard was such a plus with the gas firepit, grill, large picnic table and loungers. I think the biggest hit with my children was the outdoor shower. I have no idea how I’ll get them to bathe inside ever again. Joyce and Bob were wonderful hosts and the house had everything we needed. Thank you for an amazing vacation experience that we were lucky to sharewith family!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We vacationed here for the first time in July 2016. Cottage is just a 2 min walk to the beach. Perfect spot for family with kids. Close to restaurants, shops and the bike trail! We will definitely be back again.
