My family has owned the property since 1914. We re-built the house in the summer of 2006 so the home is still relatively new. It is a very clean and relaxing home. The home was built with extra wide doorways so that wheelchairs can go through them. There are 4 steps to get up onto the porch to gain access to the main house, so some mobility is required to get in the home. There are also a dozen or so large uneven rock steps to get down to the lake beach. brbr*****The exits on Route 6 have changed. In years past you would get off on Exit 8 (Union Street). This has changed to Exit 75*****brbrFor summer week rentals (mid June through early September), we offer our home as a Sunday to Sunday rental. The traffic is significantly lighter on Sundays than on Saturdays. The Sunday to Sunday rental is also great for those traveling to the cape for Saturday weddings/parties.
