Great Home in a Quiet Neighborhood Yet Close to Town and Beaches (2312)

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for 3 weeks at the end of this summer. The management staff was super fast replying to questions via text both prior to and during my stay. The home itself was wonderful. Super well equipped with kitchen supplies. And nice ones....not the junk you normally get! The back deck and outdoor shower were wonderful. The desk for work was clutch as well with the extra monitor so I could work. One tv had Apple TV and the other had a fire stick so there’s room to spread out. Location is what we expected. About 15 min drive to mayflower or 15 mins to Yarmouth beaches on south side. Probably closer to dennisport beaches. We wouldStay again!

This property was clean, welcoming and spacious. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing. We are hoping we can book this exact property again for future years.

What impressed us most was how well appointed it was with all the essentials and many extras including hair dryer, waffle maker, beach chairs, and plenty of pillows and blankets. Our favorite part was the fabulous outdoor shower!

We loved it here. It was a comfortable home away from home. Clearly recently renovated as a family beach home.

We had a great stay at your property from Monday to Friday. Everything was clean and we had plenty of space for me and my brother. My niece visited for a few days with her children. They all loved the accommodations, including the outdoor shower, the front TV room/living room, where the kids stayed, and all of the games that kids could use. The washing machine and dryer really came in handy. We would definitely rent this property in the future.

This stay exceeded our expectations! Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. It was immaculate and had everything we needed. We are looking forward to a return trip in the near future!

The property was very clean and in a great location - dead end street near lots of things to do. An additional shower outside was nice. Nice yard, but be cautious of playing ball and having it roll down the hill in the back of the yard - tough to get to and poison ivy (common on the Cape for sure).
