It does not have specialty items such as a double boiler, but it has plenty of basics. We have a coffee maker for pots of coffee and k-cups. [Bring your own coffee]. We have A/C in the main room and fans in the bedroom. Bring or buy bottled water. The well water is potable, but well water does not agree with water your used to in other regions sometimes. The gas fireplace is non-functional for safety and cost issues. The enclosed deck is bi-level and large with chairs and tables. The abundant wildlife, dear, fox, turkeys, etc. are at no extra charge.
