Three season porch adds seating and you can even sleep there on the day bed or just take a nap. This cottage is a great spot to spend your summer days in Maine. Right on the pond so you can spend your day lounging in the water. The lawn makes a great spot for everyone to gather for a cookout. On the main floor there is the washer and dryer one full bath, kitchen, dining, living area and one bedroom. Also the three season porch. On the second level there is bedroom two which has a king size bed and a sitting area. Bedroom three has a set of bunks, Bedroom four has two single beds and a full size bed. Also on the second level there is a full bath with a jet tub. There is watercraft at the house. There is a canoe, 2 small kayaks and a row boat that will take a small motor. The damage waiver fee of $150.00 is a non-refundable payment- which covers accidental damage up to the amount of $1500.00. The bedrooms are all good size with plush or pillow top mattresses. The basement has an another family room with couch, chair and 43 inch HD TV.
