It is the perfect location. This property is located on the beach and has a private lawn out front for relaxing, sunning, and grilling. If you tire of lounging on shaded porches or walking on the beach, it is a short ten-minute walk to the Village where you can enjoy a number of restaurants and stroll down the famous Saint Simons Pier - you may even spot a big catch being reeled in! A walk in the opposite direction will take you to the famous island restaurant duo Crab Daddy's & Crab Trap. HIGH TIDE has it all that St Simons has to offer. brbrThe first floor of the Penthouse has two guest rooms, (both with king beds and private baths), a dining area, an open kitchen, an expansive family room overlooking the beach and the master bedroom and large en-suite with private balcony. The porch for the Penthouse is located off of the family room and spans the width of the unit. Outside you'll find plenty of seating for morning coffee, lunch or for a glass of lemonade in the afternoons. Eclectic décor and fun color choices are displayed throughout this home. Check out their selection of light fixtures and fans. Very cool. Top-of-the-line Serena Lilly bedding in a couple of the bedrooms along with vintage surfboards (decoration only) located around the house. brbrThe ground floor entrance has 2 bedrooms that are serviced by a Jack N Jill bathroom and access to a private, fenced back patio with table, chairs, umbrella and gas grill.
