Abundantly exceeded our expectations! The host was sooo accommodating, and literally thought of everything! We felt welcomed from the moment we pulled up. I can’t say enough good things about this property.We are already planning our next stay!

Had an amazing stay at High Tide! Gorgeous views, comfy beds, well appointed, walkable to great restaurants, and to the village. Property manager Ryan is so wonderful- attentive and helpful.

My mom, sister and I stayed at this property for 5 nights and enjoyed every moment of our stay. The condo was absolutely amazing and the location was just perfect. We loved sitting on the decks and enjoying the sounds of the ocean. The condo was also within walking distance of shopping and restaurants so we didn’t have to drive if we didn’t want to. Ryan and his team were on hand to make sure things went smoothly for our trip. We are thankful and grateful for the opportunity to rent the condo.

Ryan was an amazing host and the property was spectacular! Everything we could have needed was provided so that all we had to do was enjoy!

I can't say enough about how beautiful this property is. Everything on the interior is crisp, clean and comfy. The outside grounds are gorgeous and the views are perfect. We enjoyed our time on the porch watching the boats come and go. Plenty of shops and restaurants in walking distance of the unit. We plan to come back again and bring the kids for a family vacation. Thank you Ryan for being a great host.

My wife and I had a wonderful week long stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The property was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The manger, Ryan, was a huge help and made us feel right at home. The first day we got there dolphins were swimming in the ocean with a beautiful view from our rental. We absolutely loved our stay and will be back.

HighTide is a high quality condo on the beach at SSI.Close to restaurants, a pleasant walk into town.Ryan, the manager, is always available and helpful.We of course will be returning next spring!

Loved everything about this property . Small issues that would never hamper our decision to stay here again but worth noting - some work to get luggage and supplies into the house as the elevator is only for use with the penthouse . There was a family with small kids staying in the penthouse and we heard all of their stomping .

This place has EVERYTHING you need. Space, views, beach! It was a lovely experience and can’t wait to come back!

Great property

Beautiful rental, exactly as pictured, well maintained and clean with everything you need and more! The kitchen was well stocked, each bedroom has its on en-suite bathroom with lots of towels, the beds are comfy with plenty of pillows, too. Perfect location as well, sits right on the beach which is precisely why I chose this property so my elderly mother didn’t have far to walk. This home is only a few minutes away from the village and great restaurants. Although there were only three of us, there is plenty of room for a larger group. Ryan is so nice, very helpful, and always available if you need anything. We had a mishap with a blender and Ryan went right away and brought us a new one. We loved everything about the house and host and will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful and Relaxing!

We were very happy with the condo! Very clean, well decorated and supplied. Great location! Ryan was Awesome! He checked in on us and the property during Hurricane Debby. We will definitely be back! This will be our new place to stay for our family vacations to St Simons. I have already recommended this place to family and friends. I can not say enough good things about our stay.
