The Penthouse at High Tide - Best Views Right on the Beach - Great for Families!

What an amazing place! Complete luxury and very clean. It is so close to the ocean, wonderful walk to the village and East Beach. 2nd stay - will be back next year. Thank you to our most gracious host, Ryan.

This property made our family vacation a huge success! The view was fabulous and the Penthouse provided ample room for our 8 adults and 2 children. It was spotless upon arrival and the amenities were generous. We easily walked to the pier and shops with our three year old granddaughter and stopped at the park along the way. The property manager answered every text leading up to and during our stay and provided helpful information. Steps from the beach, the property had chairs and beach towels for our use which made packing a lot easier and the elevator made moving in and out a breeze. I would give more stars if possible!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The condo is a great size and location is unbeatable. Being able to walk out to the beach and walk into town, highly recommend! The kitchen was well equipped with various pots, pans, plenty of plates, etc. and lots of beach chairs and towels avaliable for use. We would stay here again, everyone in our group loved it!

This property is ideal for families or multiple couples, offering ample space, stunning views, and a prime beachfront location. The beach is perfect for little ones as it's not rocky, has relatively small waves, and has really fun tides. The property has everything you need in the kitchen and for the beach. We highly recommend this location and property manager, Ryan.

This is a great place to stay at Saint Simons. It is large and beautifully decorated. The balcony is amazing with comfortable rocking chairs and a dining area AND the best views! The property manager was very helpful both before and during our trip. We will definitely stay here again!

We had a great week at the Beach with friends. This property is as good as the pictures, the sunrise and sunset views are just stunning. The apartment was super clean with all the amenities and Ryan as a host was fantastic. Great communication, easy check in process, we would rent here again in a heartbeat.

traveling group of friends for 21 years , each year a different place. This area was beautiful! golfing was perfect for our husbands and shopping was ideal for the wives. The property was outstanding!! Sitting outside on the deck for morning coffee watching the waves and feeling the wind, evenings watching the sunsets as well as people packing up belongings of a day in the sun. It was glorious. Best house ever!!!

Pent House is awesome . Quiet, peaceful locstion. Beach view is the absolute best. Ryan is top shelf and will make your stay most enjoyable.

We were delighted with the High Tide Penthouse. Very well equipped, very clean, wonderful views, excellent location. I was especially impressed that not only were we provided with the basics such as hand soap in each bathroom, but they were quality scented soaps. There were many such small touches which helped make our stay special.

This is the perfect place for a getaway with friends or family. The property is ideal, beautifully decorated, very comfortable, and well equipped with everything we needed. And the views are spectacular! Very close to lots of good restaurants. And the property manager was just great, very friendly and helpful. Can’t wait to go back!

We had several lovely days before Helene turned to pay an unexpected visit... could not be more thankful for the hurricane proof windows that Ryan shared he had recently had installed. If not for those, we are certain the windows (and doors) would have blown in. Thankful for graciousness of the host - the property is lovely and we are glad there was no actual damage from the storm.

Absolutely the BEST views! Beach, ships, dolphins, moon. Location is great- walk to village and to East Beach. New windows, doors, really nice furniture. Luxury kitchen. Super great host Ryan! The Penthouse will completely spoil you for anywhere else!

Location of this unit is perfect! It is less than a half mile to the pier and just over a half mile to the King and Prince and Golden Isles Brewing Company area. The penthouse apartment has two full floors with incredible views, and a covered porch that is usable the entire day. The amenities offered at the unit were perfect. Highly recommend this place!

Property was beautiful! Had a few questions and Ryan was super quick to respond. We loved this house so much. Perfect for our family of 7.

This was a great location from getting to the town to walking on the beach. Highly recommended for families. Couple things - the online said it had a spa/hot tub and was just the tub in the master bedroom. I believe it has since been adjusted in the listing. There also was an issue with the AC and they came within the hour to fix it. The property manager was very responsive to the questions and needs that we had which was greatly appreciated.
