Just 5 minutes from Downtown Trenton and 30 minutes from Downtown Chattanooga!brbrCabin 1: “Hideaway Lodge” This Cabin is the larger of the two and boasts a gorgeous front porch with adirondack chairs and views surrounded by nature. Take advantage of the hammock, fire pit, and grill right outside! When entering the home, you walk into the open concept living room, kitchen, and dining area. This Cabin comfortably sleeps 6 guests and has a huge bathroom with a standing rain shower and a jacuzzi tub! There is one large bedroom downstairs with a King size bed and the second bedroom is the upstairs loft space with two Queen beds and a private balcony!brbrCabin 2: “Grady’s Hideaway” Just outside the first cabin is an expansive wrap around deck with a hot tub, hammock and plenty of outdoor seating for your group to enjoy. This lofted 1 bedroom cabin that comfortably sleeps 4 people and offers a King size bedroom and 1 full bathroom with a beautifully updated tiled shower. Head upstairs to the living quarters where you will find plenty of seating for 4 people and a twin trundle bed adjacent from the smart TV. One of our favorite things is the cozy book nook, a great place to unwind and relax with some quiet time.brbrBoth Cabins have fully stocked kitchens with everything you will need to make a meal during your stay: pots, pans, plate-ware, dish-ware, drink-ware, silverware, cooking utensils, etc. There are 2 smart TV’s in each cabin as well as high speed internet. There is no Cable TV - smart TVs allow for streaming movies and shows. Just 6 minutes from the adorable Downtown Trenton which offers several great restaurants and coffee shops. It’s only 10 minutes from Cloudland Canyon State Park and 30 minutes away from Downtown Chattanooga’s best attractions like Ruby Falls, Rock City, and the Tennessee Aquarium. Come stay at our Hideaway Cabins for an unforgettable family gathering!brbrThings you need to know:brbr1. Neither cabin is suitable for young kids due to the steep stairways to get up too the lofts.br2. Grills: Both have gas grills on the property with propane provided.br3. Dogs: Both homes are dog friendly! Max number of dogs allowed is 2 per cabin.br4. This property is located on a hillside beneath White Oak Gap Road therefore you may hear a little road noise through the tree during your stay.br5. There is NO dishwasher in the larger cabin, only a very small one in the smaller cabin. There is a full sized washer and dryer in the Cabin 1 (Hideaway) but there is not washer and dryer in Cabin 2 (Grady's).br6. There are security cameras on both cabins on the exterior facing the driveway.br7. You will need to bring your own hot tub towels if you plan on using the hot tub!brbrHOT TUBS: Please advise!! Hot tub maintenance is very important and it’s some thing that we take very seriously in between guest reservations. If the hot tub has to be dumped for sanitary and health safety reasons on a turnover day when the property is booked back to back, it may take 8-12 hours for it to reach high temps. We do the best we can to be proactive with this but ultimately it is out of our control to make the hot tub heat up faster. Health and safety for our guests is very important to us. Weather and Outages! Please note: There will be no refunds in the unlikely circumstance that there is a power outage during your stay or if the weather is not cooperating. We do not have any control over the weather or outages caused by nature! Our home and the 5-STAR guest cottage sit on 11 ac. nestled in the valley on a hilltop between Lookout and Sand Mountains. Our driveway is over 400 feet long which allows lots of privacy. The cottage was built as a mother-in-law suite and sleeps two adults very comfortably, located across the driveway from our home. There is a pond that is about 1.5 ac and located along the lower driveway. We're located 1 - 3 miles from several good local and chain restaurants in Trenton, Georgia. Rock City, Ruby Falls, and Chattanooga, 20 -25 minutes. Ruby Falls features a 40-foot climbing tower with five routes of varying difficulty and 700 feet of rushing zip lines with amazing views of the Tennessee Valley! Also Lookout Mountain Flight Park- Hang Gliding and Paragliding Training Center. One of the best hang gliding experiences in the country is only 10 minutes away.brbrCloudland Canyon is only 10 minutes, hiking paths include the short Overlook Trail, strenuous Waterfalls Trail, and moderate West Rim Loop Trail. Mountain biking is available at the newly developed Five Points Recreation Area and along the Cloudland Connector Trail. The park also offers disc golf, a fishing pond, trails for horseback riding, picnicking, and overlooks. The bedroom and bathroom are in the back of the home. There is one queen sized bed perfect for up to two guests. The bathroom is next to the bedroom and has a small walk-in shower and toilet area. The kitchen and living area are located in the front of the home. The kitchen amenities include a small stove top, small fridge with freezer, microwave, and coffee maker. In the living area, enjoy the electric fireplace or smart TV where you are free to log into any streaming services you have. For your safety, please do not disturb any mandrakes or bowtruckles who share the living space.brbrThe outdoor amenities abound with a large 175 square foot porch. The porch has an outdoor kitchen area with a grill with a pizza oven, two eye stove top and wet bar to concoct any magical potions. Additionally, the porch boasts an outdoor shower. Step off the porch to enjoy the fire pit area. At night, you may be able to hear some of the frogs that have retired from a famous wizarding school's Frog Choir. brbrGuest Access:brYou will have the entire tiny home and outdoor spaces to yourself to enjoy. The entire property is approximately 3 acres within a fenced border and you are welcome to utilize any of this space during your stay. Feel free to take a morning walk through the field or enjoy the two small ponds and all the creatures that live there.
