Newly Constructed, Large Executive Luxury Home W/ Heated Pool

Absolutely loved this property. It is a beautiful home and very close to the beach and easy access to great dining and the village/pier. We had maximum capacity of 13. The extra room over the garage was perfect as we had mostly all adults with only 1 child. We highly recommend this property for large families.

House and property were amazing

This home and its location is amazing! I definitely recommend and Jim was a huge help during our week long stay!

We had a wonderful stay in St Simon. The house was gorgeous and so much space. The house easily fit our family and everyone had their own space. We have three children (12, 9 and 8) and two adult children and there were times were the house was completely quiet - that almost never happens!! The pool was awesome and my kids loved the ping pong table as well. Our first time to the island and we will be back. Just enough restaurats and shops for us and it was never too crowded. The house was close to everything! The beach (very close golf cart ride) was beautiful. We loved it there are hope to come back soon! James was so great to work with. I would rent again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful house that provided a great environment for our family of 12. Pool was a big hit with the kids and proximity to restaurants etc was also very convenient. James was an excellent host who was communicative and very helpful. Even dropping off a new set of pots and pans for us to cook with. Great trip and highly recommend.

James was a great host and very responsive. James made sure we had no issues and really took care of us. This was our first time in SSI and we plan to come back. The house was even nicer than the photos and extremely clean. Pool and views were great! Highly recommended!

Loved this house so much! Beautiful, spacious, clean and bright! We had 9 people stay there very comfortably! The outside pool and sitting area is amazing for hanging out, not to mention private and beautiful! The owner was very nice and super available for anything we needed! Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends!

Annual family beach trip! Perfect home and perfect location. The host is the best and the house is pure luxury! Will be back!
