We enjoy walking, exploring, and riding our bikes on the bike paths. The beach is only 3 miles away. The neighborhood is very quiet. The spacious main suite has a king bed and an updated bathroom. The secondary bedroom has a queen over queen bunk bed. All the mattresses are new. The hall bath just got an update, as well. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. The kitchen has all new stainless appliances and a Keurig for your convenience. No smoking and no pets on this property. The artificial turf yard also has a fun little putting green that our grands love. The driveway will accommodate two large vehicles. There are exterior security cams with motion sensor lights on the property. And, you will love the side yard patio just off the living area.
