HIGH TIDE Ocean Front Beach Cottage, Best Views on St Simons Island! Pier Area!

10/10 - Beautiful view and excellent amenities. Short walk to the Pier/Pier Village with countless restaurants and shops. Would stay again. The host, Ryan, was great to work with. He was very responsive and happy to give recommendations for the area.

I highly recommend High Tide A. Beautiful condo and right on the beach. It was immaculate. Ryan was an excellent host and is there for anything you need. We will definetely be back next year.

We loved our stay at High Tide. It is the perfect location for walkability to the Pier Village and numerous shops and restaurants. The view was outstanding and we felt that we were on the beach just by sitting out on the oceanfront balconies. HIgh Tide has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. The property is well kept and the unit is very nice and updated. The kitchen has everything you need. The owner/manager was readily accessible. We will definitely be going back to High Tide next year.

This place really does deserve the solid 10/10 rating it has on the reviews! My wife and I had an amazing time and the proximity to the beach is unmatched. Ryan is the best host I’ve ever met and is a genuine person and always asked if we were good or needed anything. This is our new favorite getaway spot

Even though Hurricane Helene took out power throughout the island the condo was amazing and perfect for our reunion. It’s spacious and super clean. I’ll be back.

Loved staying at this well styled beach home. Very clean. Nice views of the ocean. Close enough to walk to Main Street to shop and eat. Ryan was a very attentive manager. Definitely would return again.

Gorgeous views, well stocked kitchen, very comfortable

We had a wonderful vacation staying at High Tide! The view was beautiful as well as the condo! Each bedroom had its own balcony, the master having a view of the ocean. The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen in a rental that I have ever seen! Everything was clean and exceeded our expectations! We intend on making it a family tradition to stay here every year for the 4th! Ryan was great at responding to any questions we had in a timely manner. Can't wait for next year!

Our family comes to St. Simons for a reunion evert other year. We have stayed in a number of different places over the years, but this year worked out just perfectly!My husband and I stayed in unit A with younger daughter, son-in-law and granddaughters (15 and 17). Our older daughter, grandson, granddaughter, her husband and our great granddaughter stayed in unit B. It was the perfect situation as we could come back and forth to be together!Plus Oglethorpe is the best location, right on the beach and a short walk to village and pier! The best of everything!

We loved our stay at High Tide. It has breathtaking views and great outdoor areas to enjoy when you need a beach break! It had ample space for our family of four and having all en suite baths was a great perk. Well outfitted kitchen. The rocks to get to the beach were a little tricky, but our 5 and 7 year olds mastered them quickly and neighboring paths were much easier if it were really an issue. We loved being able to walk to Pier Village and enjoy the ocean view our entire trip.

I have been coming to the island for 40 years and always enjoy it. This time was no exception. I love this condo/house. It is perfect and the property custodian made it even better by being what all property managers should strive to be! The place is clean, well stocked with everything you would expect plus some extras. I will be booking again!
