Welcome home to High Tide A! We have owned High Tide since late 2014 and it has been our pleasure to host guest from all over the country at this beautiful property.
High Tide A has all BRAND NEW PELLA doors & Windows. We keep the unit very well stocked and well maintained. New Bedroom furniture May of 2024. Updated Master Bath. Fully remodeled kitchen Early 2025. The views of the beach & sunset are some of the best you will find on SSI! Photos do not do it Justice!

Stayed Feb 5, 202610/10 - Beautiful view and excellent amenities. Short walk to the Pier/Pier Village with countless restaurants and shops. Would stay again. The host, Ryan, was great to work with. He was very responsive and happy to give recommendations for the area.

Stayed Oct 9, 2025We loved our stay at High Tide. It is the perfect location for walkability to the Pier Village and numerous shops and restaurants. The view was outstanding and we felt that we were on the beach just by sitting out on the oceanfront balconies. HIgh Tide has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. The property is well kept and the unit is very nice and updated. The kitchen has everything you need. The owner/manager was readily accessible. We will definitely be going back to High Tide next year.

Ryan is the best host I’ve ever met and is a genuine person and always asked if we were good or needed anything. This is our new favorite getaway spot
