Your island retreat away from home.

The condo was nice and clean, however we did notice a dead cockroach under sink in master bathroom, but no other signs. Some of the dishes were greasy when we took them out of the cupboard, but we just washed everything before using it.The dryer had towels in it that were damp, I finished drying them. The dryer also took forever to dry anything.The host was very friendly and kept in touch with us prior to our stay, gave great instructions on how to get in, etc. We unfortunately had something come up and couldn't get there on our original check in date. I called the host to let him know we were still coming but was just going to be later than expected. He told us to not rush on the last day and that we could stay past the check out time. He even touched base with us on the day we were leaving to make sure everything was good.Overall, it was a pleasant stay and we would stay there again.

Very nice place and good spot. Had all the amenities we needed. We didnt use the pool or gym but it looked nice from what i saw.

Very cozy , well thought out small details . Well stocked. It is great location with everything you need right outside the complex close by. We went for a family trip for a daughter's birthday and it accomidates 6 comfortably. I just can't say enough nice things and I am very grateful. Wonderful host who does not mind answering silly questions and being bothered about a wi-fi password cause you know 20 something year olds can not live without it.

Check in was with easy instructions. Kitchen facilities were top rated, everything we needed was there.

We loved the location of this property. Just minutes away from most anything on the island but quiet and secluded. We loved this 1st floor unit. 3 bedrooms and 2 baths was perfect for us. Check in and check out processes were easy. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely, super clean condo in a great location on St. Simon's. Pool was great, too! Perfect place to stay!

We had a lovely stay at this St. Simon's Island Retreat. The condo is located conveniently to the Winn Dixie, many restaurants and biking throughout the island. The pool area is tranquil and the fitness center is a plus.

Beautiful, clean, well-kept condo on very nice property. The condo was stocked with everything we needed and then some. The host was readily available anytime I contacted him. Pool and workout room was awesome! Very conveniently located, grocery and restaurants within walking distance. Short distance to the beautiful beach, downtown and the lighthouse. First time having my four-year-old grandson at the beach and it was a very memorable experience. Will definitely rent this condo again! Thank you so much!
