The sunroom blinds are electric, and you can open them all the way up to enjoy the backside view of the lawn and golf. There is a full-size pool table and dart game as well as a built-in kennel for a one small to medium size pet up to 25 pounds. There is also a built-in bar area with seating. The rental comes with a full kitchen, utensils, cookware, and plateware. There is an additional kitchen table seating high top table in that area. In addition, there is a full washer and dryer available. Two queen size bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms beautifully decorated. The home has recently been painted, floors completely redone, and other upgrades have been added. Master bedroom, one small gym room, office, and the garage are closed off and unavailable for usage.
