Should a work order be fulfilled during your stay, we will provide due notice and do our part to not inconvenience your stay.brbrSystem FailuresbrIn the event, the rental unit sustains a failure of a system, including but not limited to heating or cooling, water, sewer, septic, electrical, gas, plumbing, mechanical, appliances, heat pump, ventilating, pool, hot tub, or other system or structural systems, neither the property owner nor the Management shall be liable to Guest for damages, and no refunds will be given for such failures.
