We provide many comforts of home including luxury Paul Mitchell shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Like new unit with tile floors, quality kitchen cabinets, granite counters and nice appliances, two bathrooms, full-size washer and dryer, new memory foam mattresses and 65 inch Sony TV in main living space and a large master bedroom TV. Our quaint 4 unit condo complex features a pool and patio including a jacuzzi (not hot tub) , gas grill, outdoor kitchen, TV, and outdoor bathroom, pool table and other amenities. We also have Beach gear, toys, chairs and umbrellas ready for your use!brbrThere is also a bonus room available on the ground floor with a bathroom, a king size bed and a large TV for additional common space for your family (2 additional guests) it will be a complete separate booking. Feel free to ask about also booking our downstairs unit!brbrWe also own property right behind this one! Our Cottage by the Sea unit A and B is perfect for additional guests--there are two one-bedroom units that each sleep four if you need more room. You can inquire about these properties after you book!brbrRentals for our unit are weekly, from Saturday to Saturday, although exceptions may be made off-season.

There is plenty of storage in the built in California closets and wall system to unpack your luggage. The second bedroom has a brand new queen bed with a large recessed closet with a tv. The kitchen has a pristine quartz counter top and all new stainless steel appliances. the cabinets are self closing. Both of the bathrooms are beautifully tiled. The floors are Italian porcelain plank tiles that look like distressed wood. There are brand new HE front load washer and dryer inside the condo for your convenience. A must have amenity includes a water softener and filtration system!!! Free high-speed wireless internet, cable tv, and long distance calls including Canada. We have dvd players, flat screen tvs, movies, books, and games. The designated parking is located next to the steps and close to the elevator. The unit is on the second floor. brbrShared amenities include one elevator, a pool, lounge chairs, picnic tables, gas grill, and shopping carts. The Jake's Cantina restaurant is directly across the street. There are numerous restaurants within walking distance.
