Speaking of comfort, there's a salt spa next door where guests receive a 15% discount on salt treatments. The house is also equipped with hi-speed Internet (WIFI) and a 65 Roku tv for streaming movies and shows. There's plenty of parking onsite, enough to fit a small boat and trailer and the boat ramp is less than a quarter mile away at Shepard's Park. Noise, loud speech, stereos, etc.: The noise ordinances in Martin County require that any sounds that can be heard clearly by any neighbors must be low during the day and stop at 9 pm. Please respect that this is a residential neighborhood.br2. Please do not bring any glass or ceramics into the pool area. This includes cups, drinking glasses, bottled beverages, etc. Plastic cups have been provided in the cabinets over the kitchen sink.br3. Please do not stand on or jump off of the concrete table in the pool.br4. If you have excess garbage during an extended stay, trash pickup days are Tuesday and Friday. Bins are located in the carport and can be wheeled down to the street if needed.brbrA boat slip is available if requested and prior arrangements are made. The dock is one block away from the rental house and has dockside power and water with a hose. The guest must bring their own bumpers, mooring lines, and extension cord if power is needed.brbrThis is a private residence so there are some guidelines to follow if keeping the boat at the dock during your stay:brbr1. Parking is on the west driveway and access to the dock should be along the west side of the house using that gate. There will be one parking space for one vehicle kept open for you while you are using the dock. Any other vehicles should be parked at the rental house down the street.br2. If arrangements are made, the contact number of the residents will be provided and it is recommended that you give notice to them before passing through the yard so they can prepare for your arrival.br3. After #2, you will have complete access to the dock to load, unload, and clean your boat.br4. There are plenty of ramps nearby to launch the boat. Once in the water, the boat can be kept at the dock for the duration of the stay. If dockage is needed for more than 2 weeks continuously, that needs approval from the dock owners first.br5. The boat must be moored to the far EAST side of the dock to allow clearance for the resident's boat to be backed out of the lift.br6. Maximum boat length is 25'.br7. Use of the pool, spa, chairs, etc. on the property is not allowed. Do not stay on the property longer than what is necessary to reasonably clean, load, and unload your boat.br8. Please do not play the stereo so loud as to cause a disturbance while at the dock. You are in the back yards of many other homes and they might not like the noise.
