2nd Bedroom: Two Queen beds, Smart TV, mini-fridge, and microwave. Includes a full bath and a private balcony overlooking the water park.
Living Area: Open floor plan with a 55 Smart TV and a queen sleeper sofa.
In-Unit Laundry: Full-size stackable washer and dryer.
Connectivity: Free high-speed Wi-Fi included.

START-UP SUPPLIES:
To help you settle in comfortably, we provide the following essentials as a one-time starter set:
2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom & 1 roll of paper towels.
Hand soap, dish soap, dish detergent, and a sponge.
️ Trash bags for each can & a few laundry sheets.
☕ Ground coffee or coffee pods & dish towel(s).
One full set of bath towels and one beach towel per person.
(Note: We do not provide extra supplies during your stay. Items NOT provided include shampoo, body wash, conditioner, tissues, spices, oils, sugar/cream, or foil.)

PARKING & ACCESS:
One (1) car per reservation may park in the Garage (or in yellow-lined spots across from the gift shop if the Garage is full) using the pass found in the unit.
Additional cars incur a $20 daily fee and must park in white-lined spaces with the attendant on duty.
Elevators: Use Elevator #3 (by the roundabout) to reach the 7th floor.

THE AREA:
Dining: Walk to Crabby Bill’s, Slyce Pizza, PJ’s Oyster Bar, or Lighthouse Donuts. Jimmy Guana’s is right in your backyard!
Explore: Beach within walking distance. The coastal trolley stops nearby, making it easy to travel to Clearwater Beach.
Beach Extras: A beach buggy (including 4 chairs, and umbrella) is available for rent for $ 30 plus tax for your entire stay.

⚠️ IMPORTANT POLICIES:
Age: Primary guest must be 25+.
Check-in/Check-out: Self check-in is 4PM or later.
️ Water Park: Closes if temperatures are under 60°F. Wristbands are issued at the gift shop upon scanning your passes.
Animals: Under ADA and Florida law, owners are not required to allow emotional support animals (ESAs); only documented service animals are permitted.
❄️ AC/Heat: All thermostats must be set to the same mode (either all Heat or all Cool) to function properly.
Smoke-Free & Vape-Free Environment:
To ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests, this property is strictly non-smoking and non-vaping. This policy applies to the entire interior of the unit, the balcony, and all common areas within the community. Evidence of smoking/vaping will result in a minimum $500 deep-cleaning fee. ✨

RENTAL AGREEMENT & PAYER REQUIREMENTS:
If someone else is paying for your stay, their name and email must be added to the booking, and THE PAYER MUST SIGN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT. Only the authorized payer may sign. Your check-in instructions will auto-send at 3PM on your arrival day, provided the agreement is signed.

EARLY CHECK-IN POLICY:
Because we have a high volume of same-day turnovers, we kindly ask that you refrain from requesting an early check-in. Should the unit be available earlier, it will be offered to you on the morning of your arrival for a $50 early check-in fee.

Please note that this unit is self-check-in. This is an individually owned condo. There is no front desk or other location that can provide luggage storage should you arrive early. Due to liability, luggage cannot be stored in the unit before check-in.

STRICT NO REFUND POLICY (PLEASE READ):
TRAVEL INSURANCE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. There is a STRICT NO REFUND policy within 60 days of check-in. This includes no refunds for health conditions, weather, water conditions, or transportation issues. Date changes, if allowed, are subject to a $50 fee plus rate differences.

Mail delivery is not permitted. For mail needs, we recommend purchasing a local P.O. Box.

    Everything about this beautiful end unit condo was perfect! We loved the incredible 7th floor views of the waterway, and gulf in the distance. We saw dolphins every day! We also enjoyed the waterpark view on the opposite side, and it gave us a chance to see if the pool was sunny or crowded. We loved that we were a super short walk to the beach and to great restaurants and beach shops. Highly recommend 10/10 and we’d love to return to this unit. Our host was wonderful, communicated very well, but we never had an issue with anything!

    This property was perfect for relaxation and convenience. It was walking distance to the ice cream parlor, several restaurants. The beach was a 5 mi ute walk away and there was plenty of parking on the street as well as in on property. The unit was as pictured and the beds were all comfortable. The property management company provided excellent instructions and prompt service. We enjoyed our stay!

    We loved our stay here with our son and his grandparents! The condo was clean and as listed. It was conveniently located close to the beach. We spent every morning at the beach and every afternoon at the waterpark. The two balconies were amazing, with one overlooking the waterpark and the other overlooking the intracostal waterway. We would definitely stay here again!

    A short vacation with my daughter and grandkids We enjoyed the apartment , it was clean , it’s spacious and has a lovely large porch where dolphins pass by . Overall an enjoyable stay :)
