The pool is just steps away from the elevator. There is an outdoor seating area to the south of the pool area. brbrThe master suite with attached bath includes a king size bed, flat screen tv and walk in closet. The second bedroom has two twin size beds, flat screen tv and closet space. There is a sleeper sofa to accommodate 2 extra guests. The second bathroom is in the hallway right next to the second bedroom. All bedrooms and living area have ceiling fans, cable and WiFi. brbrRelax and enjoy the beach view from the living area that comfortably seats five and has a pullout sofa bed. The adjoining dining area seats four at the table with two stools at the kitchen counter as well. brbrThe well stocked kitchen has all new appliances and dishes along with a coffee maker and toaster. There is also a new washer and dryer in our unit. Blow dryers, iron and ironing board and beach towels are all provided. brbrA storage closet located in the covered parking area downstairs is full of beach chairs, sand toys, umbrella and a cooler. brbrWe have a strict no pet policy. Pets are not allowed in our condo complex or even on the beaches here in Indian Rocks Beach. brbrI will only book through VRBO to insure a safe and secure booking process.brbrEven though we have an elevator that opens up onto the balcony, we are not considered handicap accessible. It is a 9th floor unit, in the North Tower, that provides incredible views of the Gulf of Mexico with white warm sandy beaches. You'll enjoy flat screen TV's in the living and master rooms, a king size bed in the master, a king size. We also have a washer & dryer and a completely outfitted kitchen for gourmet cooking. The Reflections property provides the perfect amenities for a beach front vacation. Enjoy our heated swimming pool, sauna, Jacuzzi and tennis court without ever leaving the premises. Our lovely condo #308 will sleep 4+ with 2 newly renovated bedrooms, master bedroom has queen sized bed, second bedroom has a lovely Thomasville King set with all new bedding, large flat screen tv. We have 2 new baths 1 located in the master bedroom, the second of the common hall, with oversized marble shower and body sprays. Large open fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, large living room and dining room. We have an open balcony to watch sunrise or have a private morning breakfast. We have Flat screen TVs in both bedrooms and living room, We also have a Pac n'play for a little one. Both bedrooms have amazon fire sticks. We also enjoy on site laundry and onsite staff for cleaning, maintenance and office support. Many guest enjoy the number of varied restaurants within walking distance including breakfast, lunch and dinner. Our local grocery store Publics, delivers. We are a short 45 minutes from Raymond James Stadium and the tampa International Airport. Disney and Busch gardens are both within driving distance.
