Stayed Apr 1, 2025From check in til check out the place was perfect. Mike responded within a few seconds and he contacted me during a brief power outage to check in. There was not one piece of dirt, lint, or hair anywhere inside the place. There was no moisture bags which we previously and uncomfortably experienced the last stays. The yard was awesome for our dog to run. Furniture was comfy. The people in the building were fantastic! The beach is in your backyard. Ben, the super, was also a highlight of our trip. He was the nicest! They were also a few extra things that Mike did that were beyond helpful...a case of water when we arrived, quarters for laundry, vacuums and cleaning supplies and paper products. Im sure Im missing some things but it couldnt of been more perfectly quiet and beautiful. Our best trip yet. Thank you Mike and Ben!

Stayed Mar 1, 2024Location was awesome. The ocean is right out back, restaurants, bars and pickleball were all walking distance. The host got right back to us whenever we needed him. The extra touches were great a welcoming basket of things we could use. Furniture was very comfortable, beach equipment was great and leaving quarters for laundry was awesome. I always had laundry in where we have stayed but it was no problem. We had a fantastic time

Stayed Dec 1, 2023Wonderful little condo just steps to the beach. My husband & I couldn’t have been happier. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Michael was very responsive when we had a question & he thought of everything including a very sweet welcome basket. The neighbors were absolutely wonderful and we didn’t want to leave. Highly recommend.
