You will also find a microwave and a filter coffee machine. brbrThe bedroom has 2 queen size beds, a dresser and a 50 inch smart TV. There is a pack’n’play for infants in the condo but we don’t provide sheets for that.brThe bathroom has a big shower. We provide one set of bath towels each guest. brThe living room offers a couch to watch TV on a 55” smart TV.brbrWasher and dryer are on the 4th floor. Fees apply.brEach cycle is $ 3.00. There are a lot of eateries and shops close by, and a grocery store not far away. The resort sprawls over a generous 16 acres of property which has 18 separate condominium buildings of various shapes and sizes – none more than 3 stories. Upgrades and maintenance on these buildings is continual on a rotating basis. The grounds are well kept. On the mostly fenced-in property there are three heated outdoor pools available. Outdoor grills are also open. If you need a handicapped unit or a first floor unit, please let me know upon initial contact. All units received new windows and the POA completed the painting of the outside of their buildings. Units have granite counter tops in the kitchens, flat screen TVs and a DVD. Free high-speed Wi-Fi is available in all units and for unlimited devices. Unit has a washer and dryer. Blue Tree re-did Pool #2 with new pavers and interactive sprayers in the kiddie pool. They do continual refurbishments of the units. A decorative fence has been added around most of the front perimeter of the property. Stainless steel appliances have been placed in units. Check-in time is at 4 pm and check-out time is at 10 am. More check-in information will be provided on your confirmation. brPhotos available in this ad and upon request.brMust be age 21 or older to have reservation in your name.brThe air conditioning/heating system will operate on ALL HEAT or All AIR CONDITIONING. When the heat mode is on you will be unable to have cold air. Likewise, when the resort is on all A/C cooling you will not be able to have central heating. Once the outside temperatures fall below 55 degrees Fahrenheit, the property will be on all heating mode. The A/C mode starts once the outside temperature reaches 65 degrees Fahrenheit or above. Between the temperature of 56 degrees and 65 degrees Fahrenheit the property will be on neutral. If you have a question on this or anything else, dial the front desk at extension 0.br Linens and towels are provided in each unit as are utensils.brReservations can be made for up to 12 months in advance.br Once you pull in to 12007 Cypress you'll go about 25 yards and there will be an unattended guard shack on your right. Once you go inside the check-in desk will be to your left. The Activities office is to your right. And there also is a small computer room for your use just after the Activities office.
