Come and enjoy a relaxing and pristine stretch of beach. Our condo, Casa de Playa, @ 612 Gulf Blvd. is spacious, modern, and clean. It offers over 2200 square feet of living space, in a building with only 14 units. Our condo is very relaxing and comfortable. The master bedroom features a king bed and large master bath with separate shower and tub. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, and the third/middle bedroom has two twin beds. There's a large balcony and a separate laundry/pantry with large capacity washer and dryer. The condo building is right on the beach. Our unit does not directly face the Gulf. Our view is nice however -- a canal and residential area across the street. There is a partial view of the Gulf from side living room and bedroom windows and balcony sides. Numerous restaurants, shops, parks and more are within easy walking distance. Following hurricanes Helene and Milton, our property exterior has been completely renovated. New pool deck, outside amenities, and landscaping was redone in early 2025. brbrOther nearby beach amenities (only minutes away) include Johns Pass Village with unique shops, dining, parasail and wave runner rentals, deep sea fishing, pirate ship cruise, Dolphin spotting cruise.
