The split plan offers two large bedrooms, each with a private bath. Both bedrooms have Roku TVs and a King size bed, with the master bedroom featuring an adjustable King size bed. The living room features a 65 Roku TV and two full size sofas with one being a (pullout) sleeper to accommodate two guests. The dining room table seats six. There is a large (mostly fenced) back yard. Guests will have access to the entire home with the exception of one (locked) hallway closet where host supplies are stored.brbrOur (horse farm) neighbors access their property from a private drive off the dead end cul-d-sac. Please do not proceed beyond the cul-d-sac pavement (on the dirt drive) as you would then enter private property not owned by us.
