START-UP SUPPLIES:
To help you settle in comfortably, we provide a one-time starter set:
2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom & 1 roll of paper towels.
Hand soap, dish soap, dish detergent, and a sponge.
️ Trash bags for each can & a few laundry sheets.
☕ Ground coffee or coffee pods & dish towel(s).
One full set of bath towels and one beach towel per person.
(Note: We do not provide extra supplies during your stay. Items NOT provided include shampoo, body wash, conditioner, tissues, spices, oils, sugar/cream, or foil.)

PARKING & ACCESS:
One (1) car per reservation may park in the Garage (one space only) with the pass on the dash. If full, use yellow-lined spots across from the gift shop.
Additional cars incur a $20 daily fee and must park in white-lined spaces with the attendant on duty.
Elevators: Take Elevator #3 (by the roundabout) to reach the 8th-floor penthouse level.

Dining: Walk to Crabby Bill’s, Slyce Pizza, PJ’s Oyster Bar, or Lighthouse Donuts. Jimmy Guana’s is right in your backyard!
Explore: John's Pass is just a few miles away. The coastal trolley stops nearby for easy travel to Clearwater Beach and beyond.

⚠️ IMPORTANT POLICIES:
Age: Primary guest must be 25+.
Check-in/Check-out: Self check-in is 4PM or later.
️ Water Park: Closes if temperatures are under 60°F. Wristbands are issued at the gift shop upon scanning your passes.
Animals: Under ADA and Florida law, owners are not required to allow emotional support animals (ESAs); only documented service animals are permitted.
❄️ AC/Heat: All thermostats must be set to the same mode (either all Heat or all Cool) to function properly.
Smoke-Free & Vape-Free Environment:
To ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests, this property is strictly non-smoking and non-vaping. This policy applies to the entire interior of the unit, the balcony, and all common areas within the community. Evidence of smoking/vaping will result in a minimum $500 deep-cleaning fee. ✨

RENTAL AGREEMENT & PAYER REQUIREMENTS:
If someone else is paying for your stay, their name and email must be added to the booking, and THE PAYER MUST SIGN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT. Your check-in instructions will auto-send at 3PM on your arrival day, provided the agreement is signed.

EARLY CHECK-IN POLICY:
Because we have a high turnover rate, we ask that you refrain from requesting early check-in. If available, it will be offered on the morning of arrival for a $50 fee.

Please note that this unit is self-check-in. This is an individually owned condo. There is no front desk or other location that can provide luggage storage should you arrive early. Due to liability, luggage cannot be stored in the unit before check-in.

STRICT NO REFUND POLICY:
TRAVEL INSURANCE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. There is a STRICT NO REFUND policy within 60 days of check-in. This includes health conditions, weather, or transportation issues. For stays during Hurricane Season (June 1 – Nov 30), we strongly urge you to purchase Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) insurance.

Mail delivery is not permitted. For mail needs, we recommend a local P.O. Box.

    Gorgeous unit, fresh and updated. Rooms were nice sized. Only nittpicky item that I had was that the tile floors could use a good steaming. They felt like they had some kind of residue on them, but overall the place was immaculate. The water park was great, but the pools are not heated, so just beware of that. Location is prefect - short drive to Clearwater Beach and a lot of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Slyce pizza, the ice cream shop, bakery, PJ’s oyster house were amazing. We also went to DJs Clam shack and TJ Italian restaurant, which were incredible. Will definitely plan on staying again!

    The property was very nice, clean, looked just as listed. The communication with the condo's management was the best I have experienced in all my rentals. The access to the waterpark, ease of getting to the beach (with all you keed to enjoy the day there included with the rental) made for a wondefful, relaxing vacation!

    Great location. Lovely decor and amenities. Such a comfortable atmosphere. The room had Everything we needed. Lots of rules and an early check out time of 10am was a little hard but we understand they need to clean for the next guests. We will come back again everything ever

    Wonderful stay. Weather was perfect and the condo was amazing. The balcony views and private patio views were a hit. Would definitely book again. Host was very quick to respond when we had light/fan issue. He had maintenance there within half hour. Condo is perfect for two couples. Separation of bedrooms each with its own private bathroom.

    Very roomy, nicely decorated, the extra large rooftop deck was an awesome bonus. We would stay here again. Only thing was the floors were dirty, our feet and socks would instantly turn brown after walking in the house.

    This by far the best place we have stayed in and around Clearwater. This Condo had everything even the waterpark passes were used Couples retreat and we had a blast in the water park. Just minutes to beach and the views from the private rooftop balcony was Stunning. I really can't say enough about this condo even the communication with Host was one of the best. Can't wait to come back

    The unit was beautiful, it is in a very nice condo. This unit gives a great view of the ocean and bay. We loved the patio and sundeck. My children loved the waterpark. We would definitely stay again. Host is responsive when messaged to book an additional night to have late check out. The only thing I would suggest is updating beach chairs but that is minor, I was grateful to have a wagon and chairs to take on the short walk to the beach. Beds were very comfortable.

    This is our third year in a row staying at this property. When we asked the kids where they wanted to go it was unanimous. The unit is large enough for our family of seven and also has a private balcony that is the envy of all the other guests. We enjoy being able to alternate between the water park and the beach without ever having to get in a vehicle. The property manager is very helpful and quick to respond to any concerns.

    Great condo with beautiful views of the water! We really enjoyed watching boats, dolphins, etc. from the large balcony and the rooftop deck. Walking distance to multiple restaurants, 5 minutes to the beach, and having the CVS in walking distance was also very convenient. The waterpark is great entertainment, and our kids enjoyed it very much! FYI- it is open to the public, so claim seats prior to 10:00 (when it opens) if possible as there are limited umbrellas. We also ventured down to John's Pass Village for lunch and shopping using the PSTA trolley system, about 20 minutes to get there. It's just $5 for 4 day passes. There are several convenient trolley stops that are about a 5 minute walk from the building. The management company was great to work with as well. All in all a wonderful time! :
