We have many reviews, in addition to the ones left here, at our other home, The Manatee Hideaway- #714499. Please feel free to check out both homes! This home is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home. Living room includes 43" Roku TV, and a comfortable couch. There is also a loveseat and two chairs. Dining room has wood table with six chairs, one seat at the island, and we have a small table with two seats in front of the window overlooking the water. Kitchen is nice with a two bowl sink in the island, two door refrigerator, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. Kitchen comes fully stocked with pots ,pans, dishes, outdoor cooking utensils, and much more! Washer and dryer available in the utility room of the house. The Master bedroom has 43" Amazon Fire TV, undersea wall mural, king bed, closet and private bathroom. Second bedroom has a queen bed, Manatee wall mural, 32" Roku TV, and closet . The third bedroom has two bunk beds, a 27" Roku TV, and a closet. You can enjoy your time lounging on the dock, under the gazebo with screening, or on the front porch facing the water! Enjoy cooking out every night on the gas grill or dining out at local restaurants- Please note that there may or may not be gas for the grill. If there is no gas, you can switch out the tank locally. We have a tandem kayak (2 person), three adult kayaks, a child's kayak, and a three person canoe! brThe Manatee Hideaway II's canal has access to the main Weeki Wachee River and Gulf access.     This one-story house features a well equipped kitchen with dining for two and a desk for your computer, etc to hook up to free wi-fi and internet.The two spacious, private bedrooms with baths are separated by a tastefully furnished great room/dining area and a modern kitchen with laminate flooring. The dining area accommodates six people. The bedroom to the right of the great room has a king bed with pillow-top mattress, a large dresser, walk-in closet, linen closet with extra sheets and blankets and an ensuite bathroom with double sinks and tiled shower. The bedroom to the left of the great room and kitchen has a queen bed, dresser, desk, walk-in closet and an outdoor sitting room perfect for curling up with a good book. The bathroom has a shower/tub combination with fully stocked linen closet. Both bedrooms have access to the fully enclosed, screened lanai and private, in-ground pool. The backyard and gardens have a wood, privacy fence on all four sides offering totally privacy for swimming in the pool, lounging and sunning by the pool with a book in one of five chaises or just stargazing after dark. The lanai, within the screened enclosure, is furnished for outdoor living and dining. The house is situated in a quiet, safe neighborhood and is great for walking. We have recently installed a pool heater and the pool deck has been recently painted for your enjoyment. Treat yourself to fun filled yet peaceful days on our little slice of paradise where the back yard extends to over 6 miles of clear pristine waters or out into the Gulf of Mexico. Yes! The water is definitely crystal clear. I have another house just a few house down river and was literally swimming and cooling off while working outside, and a manatee came right up to me. I could see it's face in the water from 10 feet away and then it swam right under me rubbing my feet! Then, shortly after, a dolphin swam by as well... still amazes me to watch dolphins and manatees swim by.brbr#2 Feature: DEEPER WATERSbrWe are located on a deeper part of the river for better fishing and tying your boat up - right from the back patio... and deep enough that you can literally jump in and do a cannon ball, enjoying the natural spring fed waters to keep you cool in the summer... or warm in the winter months. You have over 6 miles to boat, canoe or kayak up river, taking in the peaceful sounds of the water, birds and the wind blowing through the trees. We've watched a family of deer cross the river right in front of our kayaks - what a treat that was! We've sat and enjoyed river otters playing with each other like little kids. If you're lucky, you'll even spot an occasional dolphin enjoying the river... there's just something special about watching a dolphin swim right in front of the house.
