Kitchen is nice with a two bowl sink in the island, two door refrigerator, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. Kitchen comes fully stocked with pots ,pans, dishes, outdoor cooking utensils, and much more! Washer and dryer available in the utility room of the house. The Master bedroom has 43 Amazon Fire TV, undersea wall mural, king bed, closet and private bathroom. Second bedroom has a queen bed, Manatee wall mural, 32 Roku TV, and closet . The third bedroom has two bunk beds, a 27 Roku TV, and a closet. You can enjoy your time lounging on the dock, under the gazebo with screening, or on the front porch facing the water! Enjoy cooking out every night on the gas grill or dining out at local restaurants- Please note that there may or may not be gas for the grill. If there is no gas, you can switch out the tank locally. This porch area has a table that sits 6 and also 2 couches with 2 chairs. Do some early morning yoga or just enjoy the beauty of the river as manatees, otters, and all types of fish swim by. If you're lucky you just might see Chip the dolphin as you enjoy your morning coffee. You can't ask for a better place to people watch. brThis area tends to be the favorite spot of past guests who spend hours enjoying the river, nature preserve and all it has to offer while they grill out. brbrPaddle up river to find the preserve untouched and just amazing, If you take an early morning kayak trip you just might see the deer crossing the river. brYou can also paddle to Rogers Park and stop at Upper Deck for lunch. brIf you are adventurous, you can explore old Florida which is where the Weeki Wachee River and Mud River join. brbrBringing your boat You'll have access to the boat ramp at Roger's Park not far from the house.
