This property was off rental for a season. Now it is back in the rental market. It is a beautiful 3 Bedroom 2.5 Bath Town Home We are a 3 min walk to the free bus shuttle to the slopes. You can be on a Cascade lift in 10 min. The town home offers a lot of privacy to the guests. The entrance level has two bedrooms, queen bed, and full bed with an adjoining bath. brBoth living room and kitchen are on the middle level. This allows for a lot of privacy. When you’re in the bedroom you don’t hear anyone. brThe top level includes a master bedroom with a king bed and a two sink vanity. brThe kitchen is well supplied for your vacation needs. There is a gas grill on the deck. Washer/dryer is at the entrance level, which also has plenty of space to store your skis and boots. There is a new boiler and you will never run out of hot water.brWe are located 3 minutes walk from the bus and a 10 minute ride to the first ski lift. This is the second stop on the bus route to the slopes, so you will usually get a seat. brParking is in the carport. Guests are not allowed to have pets in the complex. This is a smoke free unit. There is a cable T. V. in every room and high speed Internet. You don't need a car to get around. The buses run every 15 minutes during the winter season. But if you do have a car, you can park it right there in the carport. No snow to clear on those powder days and we have plenty of snow.brOur town home is bright and sunny. It is freshly painted and very clean. The location is convenient to the slopes, which is very important on those snowy days. You are in a residential neighborhood. This is a quiet unit, perfect for a relaxing vacation after a full day of skiing. All my guests enjoy staying in my condo which is evident in my reviews.brVail license005685

We can sleep 4 adults comfortably and can accommodate 4 adults/2 children; each bedroom has a queen bed, and the living area has a queen sleeper sofa for children. Two decks, one off master bedroom, other off living room. The deck off of the living room overlooks BLM (meadow and mountains). brbrWe are on the free Vail bus route that takes you to Vail Village and ski lifts in minutes; easy walk to closest bus stop (TF stop is only 1/10 of a mile). Bus runs every 15 minutes in the winter. We have one reserved parking space.brbrSki, snowboard, cross country skiing, snowshoe in winter, hike/bike/concerts/market in summer/fall. Flat screen TVs in living area and master bedroom with cable and Netflix. Free high speed Wi-Fi internet.
