The bathroom is spacious with a walk-in shower, toilet and vanity. There is a large closet with hangers. The Backyard is very large (1/2 acre) w/sitting and smoking areas, seasonal outdoor eating areas, blackstone flattop grill/griddle, seasonal gardens, play/run area for pets and a fire pit for those cool Colorado evenings. Free on site parking. **NOTE** If needed and if available, there is an additional short term rental on the same property, it is separate from this studio. It has a bedroom, kitchenette, bathroom, living area and sleeps 2 people. Let us know if you'd like more info on that unit. Pets welcome. brPlease note** this is a very peaceful and private studio, however it is not a noise free studio and you should expect to hear ambient noise from the floor above, such as water running, footsteps, dog paw pitter patter etc. if you are hyper sensitive to noise, this probably isn’t a good fit for you.
