Stayed Apr 21, 2026Excellent property! Very clean, tastefully decorated, exactly as listed in a great neighborhood, and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our family of 4 was in town for a convention, and this fit our needs perfectly. We were super close to the venue and all the conveniences of shopping and restaurants. We also got the chance to getaway for day trips to Estes Park! The property owner was super responsive and took care of a minor repair as soon as we let him know. We would have appreciated a message 12-24 hours in advance with directions and our door code since we were flying in to Denver. However, as soon as we landed….I messaged the property owner for directions and door code and received almost an immediate response…..so really not a big issue at all. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We would love to visit again!

Stayed Sep 12, 2025Nice house and walkable/bikeable area made for a nice stay. Drove Thompson Canyon to RMNP on Saturday, explored Devil’s Backbone on Sunday and rode the Loveland Rec Trail on Monday.

Stayed Jun 29, 2025The property is a nice, clean new build in a good neighborhood. We were looking for something close to a little bit of everything as we were there for a softball tournament and daytime adventures. You could reach any surrounding city in 15 - 20 minutes and 20 - 30 minutes from some great hikes. Colby was great at communicating with us and responding very quickly to any of our questions or concerns. Had a great little vacation.
