Nor do we have a pool (although guests may pay a fee to access the outdoor pool at the Ranch House which is a 5-minute drive away). Nor do we have kayaks (you can rent these at Grand Lake which is a 30-minute drive away). There are 2 golf courses very nearby. There is not a wheelchair-accessible path. However, if you are able to go up 3 steps, once you are inside our main level, there is a main level bedroom and bathroom. The living room, dining room, and kitchen are all on the main level.
