The place was perfect for our stay. Extremely clean with everything we needed. We did a lot of hiking at RMNP and really enjoyed coming back every evening to this comfortable condo. Communication with host was flawless.

We loved our stay here. It was the perfect location to enjoy a ton of summer activities. Our family enjoyed RMNP, rafting, kayaking, fishing, and hiking the local tails. There was some driving involved but it was low traffic and the scenery was great. We even saw a bear when driving around Grandby Lake! The condo was very clean and had a welcoming feeling. The pull out couch was also a huge perk for our family since 5 people is usually a harder number to accommodate. The kitchen was also set up nicely and I was able to easily cook us breakfast every morning. We would definitely stay here again!

Very quiet, clean, and relaxing. Just a hop, skip, and jump to town for a beer and dinner. Location puts you in close proximity to very good fishing.Landlord was easy to work with. Unit very nicely furnished.

Great location with a beautiful view! We enjoyed having coffee on the balcony each morning and enjoying the beautiful view. Clean, had everything we could possibly need. We would definitely stay again if back in the area!

Clean, comfortable bed. Great view. Condo gets a lot of car & truck noise from the street when the windows are open. Most likely not a problem in the winter.

The space was absolutely perfect for our family of four. Everything was very clean and well appointed for our stay. The view from the living room is unmatched and the unit felt like home after LONG days out on the hill. We would absolutely stay here again for a return trip to Granby. Thanks for hosting us!

We had such a great stay here! The place was super clean, and the location was awesome. It’s just a short walk to the ski lift and a quick drive to the lodge. The board games were a fun bonus, and I loved that the kitchen had everything we needed. The little touches like laundry detergent, spices, K-cups, and soap and shampoo were really appreciated. The views were stunning too! I would definitely recommend this place and we will absolutely stay here again!

This property was very clean, bright, full of natural light, and in such a convenient location for skiing! Communication was easy with the owners. This property had ALL the necessities for convenients (dish soap, trash bags, laundry pods, coffee pods, etc). This made arrival smooth and gave us a day or so before we needed to grab things we hadnt packed (we packed some food to get us started). The views are unbelievable! The livingroom is full of bright windows all around and this property, being at the corner, made the views even more lovely. Even though we have a large family, we were able to find room for everyone to sleep comfortably. The location is perfect and we were able to take a short walk in ski boots to the ski resort which saves loading everyones ski equipment twice a day or more. We came back for lunch each day and headed back out to finish the day skiing. This was a great place to stay and we hope to stay here again in the future!

We loved staying here! The condo had everything we needed to cook several meals and was very cozy. It was great being able to take a short walk down the mountain for dinner and happy hour too.

This was a great condo for the 3 of us. Everything has been redone and its proximity to the base was amazing.

Fun week

The property was as advertised. All the amenities particularly kitchen amenities were available. I liked that the owners carefully go through any non-perishable condiments and products and keep appropriate things aside for the next guest. That made life really easy when it came to buying groceries. We really liked the proximity to the pool and the base ranch. Both of these were steps away. The pool was heated and we enjoyed splashing around in the pool. The base Ranch has these convenient chair lifts which go to the top of the mountain. Granby Ranch is also closer to Rocky Mountain entrance. Directly outside the ranch is a very nice grocery store along with a few fast food joints. All in all I would highly recommend this unit. I will absolutely Reach Out to the owners and stay here in the future

Well stocked and comfortable codo. Loved the views from the large living room windows and the balcony, especially the sunset!

This property in Granby was perfect for our young family of 5. Well equipped and comfortable! We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be recommending to friends and family looking to make Granby their base for Rocky Mountain National Park.
