The living room offers ample space for relaxation, allowing enjoyment of the fireplace and television, along with magnificent views visible through the windows. This area also provides access to a private deck, creating a welcoming space to appreciate the beautiful surroundings.
Adjacent to this area, there are two designated dining spaces. The dining area can accommodate up to four people at the table, while the breakfast bar provides additional seating, encouraging delightful interaction with the designated cook in your group.

It serves as a year-round getaway in an excellent location.
For a fee of $20.00 guests have access to the Ranch Hall which offers a common area lounge and outdoor pool - kids 8 and under are free. The workout facilities has a fee of $20/day and guests musts be 16 and older.
It is essential for all guests to arrange their own transportation, ideally utilizing either all-wheel drive or four-wheel drive vehicles. Given the unit’s secluded location, significant snowfall in the region may result in delays in the plowing of the county roads leading to the property.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a 200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.

    Everything about this property was amazing! Provided great views of the surrounding mountains at the height of the fall leaves changing and very easy access to Rocky Mountain National Park. The permanent residents were very welcoming and a joy to speak to.

    Property is exactly as pictured. Very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed easy access to Granby and Winter Park and our teenagers enjoyed the hot tub.
