The primary bathroom is a clawfoot tub/shower with marble floors. The hall bath was recently renovated with new tile, vanity, but keeping the charm with the historic glass in the window. The bedrooms are large and comfortable, with a queen size bed in each...and plenty of closet space. brbrThis space is in a 1926 home in the heart of Denver, 7th Ave Historic District. It is urban living at its best...with Cherry Creek less than a mile a way, an easy walk for a day of shopping and great dining options. There are two coffee shops within a couple of blocks, Safeway within blocks, and Wholefoods and Trader Joes less than a mile away.
