This trail is not groomed by the resort, may require polling in some sections, and is snow dependent. The trail typically has enough snow from late December to end of March. Returning to this trailhead from the ski resort requires descent on an expert level Peak 10 trail, or a free shuttle ride back to the townhome. You need to take the Falcon lift, ski down Cimarron-to-Flapjack. At the bottom of Flapjack you will get to a path, which leads to an access gate. You will go out the gate (the out-of-bounds gate) and follow the path (other skiers are also taking this), to the right.
